Auxiliary Aides and Services will be provided upon request to persons with disabilities and Limited English Proficiency according to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and the amendments of 2008 (ADAAA), and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

GRIEVANCES

Covenant Kids Manor of Florida employees who want to file a grievance can do so by contacting our HR department. Those employees who feel they have been treated unfairly or who feel they have received impartial treatment regarding employment will be offered an opportunity to meet with HR.

This will ensure that our foster families recruited and the adults that serve the children we care for are represenative of the area and or the population of the foster children we serve.
